The event will take place on Thursday, August 27, at Paraíso Country Club in Morelos, bringing together executives and professionals from Mexico’s gaming industry around sports, networking, and two social causes benefiting children and adolescents.
Mexico City, August 2026. GAT Events announces its participation as a sponsor of the 4th Golf & Gaming Tournament, to be held on August 27 at Paraíso Country Club in Morelos, an event that will bring together representatives of Mexico’s gaming industry around golf, networking, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
For the second time, GAT is supporting this initiative, reaffirming its commitment to events that, in addition to strengthening ties among the different stakeholders in the industry, contribute to meaningful social causes. Donations raised through the tournament will support the work of Centro SUMA and Fundación Criantia, two recognized organizations that develop programs for children, adolescents, and their families.
Centro SUMA provides medical, physical, and psychological care, covering treatments, surgeries, and therapies for children and adolescents with cleft lip and palate who are in socially vulnerable situations. Fundación Criantia, meanwhile, works to transform parenting practices toward models based on love and family unity, seeking to strengthen children’s socio-emotional development by supporting mothers, fathers, caregivers, and educators, among others.
An Industry That Also Comes Together to Help
The 4th Golf & Gaming Tournament will bring together leaders, operators, and suppliers from the gaming industry, who will make donations on a personal and/or corporate basis to support these organizations, both of which have a proven track record of commitment and achievement. Alexandra Hernández, GAT’s Commercial Director, will participate in the day’s activities, joining representatives of the Mexican gaming industry in support of this worthy cause.

This participation is also part of the special partnership that GAT Events is developing with Centro SUMA to help promote and raise awareness of its work, expand the visibility of its programs, and create opportunities to connect companies and leaders from Latin America’s gaming industry with the social causes championed by the organization.
Looking ahead to the remainder of 2026 and throughout 2027, GAT Events has set the goal of strengthening its commitment to CSR in each of the jurisdictions where it holds its events. Through this approach, GAT aims to ensure that its presence across different markets extends beyond the business sphere and contributes to the well-being and development of the communities in each territory.
GAT Events is moving forward with preparations for the next edition of GAT Expo Mexico, which will take place in June 2027. The event will bring together the local and international gaming industry in Mexico City, with prominent participation from the world’s leading slot machine manufacturers, as well as operators, technology providers, and specialized companies showcasing their latest solutions and innovations for the Mexican and Latin American markets.
